BIOGRAPHY:Akshay has come a long way from Delhi’s Chandni Chowk, to being a waiter in Bangkok city, to be in the glamour world of Bollywood today. In his first few movies he wasn’t even noticed and he was getting nowhere. Known for being an action movie expert, he had to prove himself with‘Main Khiladi tu Anari’, ‘Mohra’ and ‘Yeh. ‘Hera Pheri’ was the film that got him the stairway to success in Bollywood. His performance in ‘Ajnabee’ got him the Filmfare Award for ‘Best Performance in a Villainous Role’ in 2001. Akshay is trying his hand at all genres today and so is very much in demand.
